This definitely is one of best condition 2bedroom in Oriental Manhattan now. 130sq.m type is my favorite, it's really better than 170sq.m type, even though smaller . this one is located in 37th floor, landlady did renovated recently, changed a new sofa and all wooden floor, which you can see very beautiful and tidy. can move the carpet which in living room if you want. and will have a new rocking chair in the balcony so you can enjoy the beautiful sunshine and take the coffe time.
