This compound is very popular with expats, it is just walking distance to German and French school. There are also many other international schools nearby. This fantastic villa is newly renovated to the exceptional standard. There are three bedrooms with room for recreation and one family cinema. It is very great to live here with many modern facilities. Everything is kept in perfect condition. I visited the villa last week. It is available to rent now. There is a work desk, speakers and docking system for an i-pod and a digital selection of channels and wi-fi internet connection.

The kitchen is modern with up to date appliances, tops and fitted cupboards. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, oven and a fridge.

Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms in total. The cosy master bedroom is nicely furnished and has a double bed. The guest bedrooms are very spacious with plenty of built-in cupboard space and twin beds.

There is a bathtub and a wall attached shower, loo and wash-hand basin. Modern and bright.
