The villa located at Hongqiao Road close to Hongjing Road,close to Shanghai zoo metro station. It owned by individual owner, who is very nice. Current tenant is British, lived in the house for around 8 years, they maintained it very well. There is lots of sunshine in the house, living room, and all three bedrooms, study room, all facing south.

3bedrooms. Master bedroom in 3rd floor, with its own bathroom and big closet. Other two children room in second floor, almost same size, and big enough to fit bed and commen area for study table and all toys.
